I really want to make different color lips with eye shadow but can't get it right because it looks chalky and dries my lips out even when I put lip gloss over top does anyone know how to do this? And make the color pop without drying my already pretty dry lips out?

Apply a similar colored lipstick then apply lipstick on top. Or try the crayon lipstick
