Mix butter and honwy together and massage on lips. it will moisturize well. also don't wet lips often, and use lip balm at night too.

I'd use Nivea's HydroCare lip balm\butter. Hydrates lips really well!

Nivea. Kirin is right. I also love Fresh's Sugar Lip tinted balms. They are pricey so I wait until I can get a gift set of a variety. Last one was from QVC.

Wow, Vaseline is really ba I don't see why people use it! I already made one mistake by using it I won't anymore!
Exfoliate once a week
Moisturize them with lip butter or honney you can find diy in making your own lip balm without Vaseline!

I know this is going to sound crazy, but I use it and it works to replenish the moisture in your dry cracked lips like nothing else I have ever used... get a lanolin based nipple cream. (one that a breastfeeding mother would use) I use a brand in a purple tube called lansinoh and love, love, love it!
Use it before bed at night and wake up every day to a silky soft pucker!
