Btw a while ago I posted a topic where I admitted to struggling with not keeping my meals down. I'd like to thank you all because now I have lost 10 lbs healthily and am well on my way to my goal. I run or walk 3 miles a day and do squats and more! I also plan on doing cheer in September. Thanks again!

@jacqlyn thank you!! I really like the idea as well I think I'll start it will a big red sign that says "IM NOT A PROFESSIONAL YET BUT MY SOURCES ARE" haha and have all my sources in the downbar. First 1 bronzer for contouring! Haha
