Cinnamon and nutmeg are irritants and shouldn't be used on your face. However, if you do choose to use it you should always spot test. The honey you use should be organic. You should go to a dermatologist regarding your scars. I have tried literally everything and they didn't start to fade until my derm prescribed me some cream
