Do you mean makeup wise, or skin care, foods that are consumed?
If you mean skin care, I recommend the Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Peel, and then Peter Thomas Roth Camu Camu Vitamin C, it gives your face a beautiful gloe
Makeup wise: A good dewy foundation Giorgio Arrmani Luminous Silk, Tarte Maracuja Foundation, or loreal true match lumi
Good primer: Dior glow maximizer

For makeup, you can incorporate L'Oreal True Match Lumi into your regular foundation so that it gives you that nice glow. I've seen people do it on here and it looks amazing. I would search some youtube videos.
