Ok so I dyed my hair black 2 years ago and it's grown out a bit I like my hair in the pic below but I needa know how to home dye a little. darker then my original. color blonde... the pic below is What I'm talking about.

If your hair is black and still currently black you would need to frost it or bleach it and it will take a few sessions of frost or bleach to get all the black out and then when your hair is blonde you can buy a box dye and dye it the color you want.

I went from very dark brown to blonde using garniers extra bleach blonde colour box twice. The final colour was super pretty.

Try using a colour remover, colour before is the best however it might turn ginger depending on the amount of colour build up you have:) just use a toner after to get rid of the yellow:)
