Do you lose your points if you return something to sephora? I'm at 500 don't wanna lose any lol

I believe you do. Unless you don't have the receipt and don't mention your BI card. I had to make a return a few weeks ago without the receipt and kept my points.

I had returns with receipt and I never lost points. Unless the girls who know me at my Sephora did something at the register to avoid it I never had a problem.
