I wear makeup because it is my passion. When I put makeup on myself, a friend, a face chart, it always just flows. I never know what's going to happen, but I love seeing how it turns out in the end. I hope to make a career out of it. I lean more towards commercial and editorial creations, though.

People always ask me why I wear so much makeup. I always say 'Because I feel like it.' Some say it comes off as snotty, but it gets annoying when people constantly question you. As if I need a reason to wear what I wear or do I what I do or say what I say.

A lot of people ask me because they assume I have a confidence issue. Well, that isn't the case. I am very confident, strong, and independent. But regardless, if I did wear makeup as a confidence booster why should it matter? Makeup is used for so many different things. It can enhance one's natural beauty. It can hide unwanted characteristics. It can be used just like a painter uses acrylic and oil paints. It can be used like a photographer uses a camera. It's just like a writer typing the words that come naturally when thinking about anything. It is an art to some, it is a friend to others. I say 'a friend' because it can help the shy and timid little fourteen year old girl who is just starting high school. She has no friends, and doesn't have the utmost confidence in herself, but when she has on makeup, she knows that the cruel society won't judge her for her 'crater face' or her 'pizza face.' She knows that she'll be able to have a conversation with someone face to face and not worry about them pointing out acne scars.

I wear makeup because I want to. I wear it because I love it. Without it, I wouldn't have the aspiration to start a career so early in my life.

I've always loved bright and dramatic makeup ever since I was 12 and came across Leesha's (xsparkage) videos on youtube!

I also pretty much just use makeup as a way of being creative, seeing as how I can barely draw, lol.

I just love make up. I love applying it, wearing it, buying it... Make up is about enhancing your features and I love finding different products and different techniques to do this. I also hate being judged for the amount of make up that I wear. I ENJOY wearing a full face of make up so why should anyone else care? I wear make up because I like the way I look with it and I enjoy it!

I wouldn't go as far to say makeups my passion. But it makes me happy, whenever I'm feeling a little down, or just want to brighten up ill just throw on a tutorial and experiment . :)

I love all things art. I always lived positing and writing
Poetry and music. I'm a very creative artsy person. Make up had always been my thing. I always loved brought colors and bold eyeliner styles and glitter. I have always been fairly edgy with my style. I love coloring my hair as well. Its all just expression. Make up expresses how I feel. I can just zone out and the creativity just kind of flows and really great looks are created. I know that not everyone sees it the same, but that's how it is fire me.

I think any work of art tells a story. And the best part for me is that i can look different everyday- if i feel like it!! I dont wear make up to hide, or for attention... I wear it because- its ME! I feel bad when i hear young girls saying they dont like what they look like. It may sound corny(spelling?) but beauty is skin deep! Hey we all cant look like tyra, naomi,cindy,or giselle! Lol. For me its just a look that i love!

Well, I'm an artist! Before I got into makeup, I was an art student. Then all that creativity kind of spilled into the makeup world and I just went with it. I absolutely love doing my makeup. I enjoy putting it on in the morning, its not a chore for me!
All of my looks are pretty dramatic, but its not to gain attention. To be honest with you, when people compliment me in public it kind of makes me uncomfortable! I just love waking up and being able to create something new to wear all day!

I wear makeup because it makes me feel confident and pretty. Some people come up to me at school and tell me I'm wearing to much makeup at times but I just shake it off because makeup makes me feel good. And I know more about makeup than those people so I know that they have no idea what they are talking about. I feel like makeup covers up all my imperfections and I love it. When my friends are over I beg them to let me do their makeup and most of the time they say yes. It comes so naturally when I do someone's makeup. I hope that one day I can be a makeup artist ❤
