Or take Half lemon and 3-4 drops of honey. Rub the lemon on your face, emphasize the black heads prone areas like nose, chin etc. Leave the lemon and honey mixture on your face for 5 minutes, then wash it with cold water. You will see the results immediately.

Being able to permanently reduce the size of your pores is actually a myth. However there are ways to temporarily make them look smaller. Splashing cold water on your face or holding ice (in a towel) on your face for a couple minutes can make them look smaller. Also using a toner can make them appear a bit smaller. As for makeup, some primers are said to "fill in pores". I haven't had much luck with that myself but it's worth a try. Also with foundation, I hide my pores by "buffing" my foundation. You can use your fingers or a brush and make circular motions over your pores and they will just disappear! There's also videos on youtube on how to do this.

You need to address the source of the problem first. Large pores happen because your pores are widening due to an excess of oil clogging up the pores. Use a salicylic acid clleanser and face lotion to keep the pores as clear as possible. Pore clearing masks can also help minimize the look of large pores. And a retinol night treatment (if you're not sensitive) will also help. As for cosmetics you could try Benefit Porefessional Primer (although it doesn't agree with my dry skin) or one of my favorites type of products...Mally's Skin Defender or Skinn Plasma Skin Perfector. You use these products as the last step in your makeup routine in place of powder. They will mattify your skin & blur out pores without powder.
