Tips For Split Ends??

Does anyone have any tips on fixing split ends and dry hair..other than special shampoos and conditioners?

Like Jacqlyn said you have to cut em! Make sure to take a break from heat as well!

Cutting it is the only thing you can do. Now to help split ends in the future, you can use deep conditioners often and using less heat helps, also Nexxus really helps with split ends, I like the split end serum and their shampoo/conditioners helps a lot

Cut em, and after do a lot out preventative care. Heat protectent is a must, as is cutting down on heat styling. You can opt for doing a hair mask, oils are very much the thing right now, especially coconut oil! Reduce times in between hair coloring, if you pull all the way down to the ends, and try to cut off any new spilt ends ASAP. I like redken extreme anti-snap to help with the condition of my hair, and biosilk and Loreal restoring oil to help with the feel of my hair.

Growing out my hair I did a trim every 4 weeks! And I have very dry thick hair but I use beyond the zone flat iron protection after the shower I blow dry and only straighten my bangs to prevent a lot of heat damage to my hair. That's the only thing that has helped my hair..good luck :)

Cut it dear. I just cut mine. apply olive oil from time to time.
