Yea , no. You won't ruin your hair. I've been doing that method for 4 years and my hair is still great! The right person has to do it. You'll be fine (:
I'm with Erin 100% , just get a shampoo that will help get out the bonded glue , I don't know the name of mine I'll have to look but its in a yellow bottle with a red cap the shampoo is pink too! Any questions in here girly! Xoxo

What you can do is take off the clips, leave the stands. & find someone who can do the you-tip I believe it's called, they're beads attached to your hair in the row of the extensions.

I actually did both, and stick with clip ins, after the extensions come out you'll still have glue chunks in your hair and once you get that out you have glue residue on your hair and it's a whole lot of work, and you loose a lot of hair, stay away from the glue
