Hey loves. So I don't wear foundation or BB cream, but I am interested in trying BB cream. I live in TX, so I want something light, but I want to have an illuminator or a bronzy undertone to it. Dewiness it appreciated too! For those of you who live in TX or anywhere where it gets unbearably hot, you feel my pain. Help gurus!

I think most Asian bb's have a dewy finish to it esp the blue label by dr.jart and also the too faced bb is a bit dewy as well you can try those to start

Hannah W. recommends this one :) it has amazing reviews, and I've been meaning to try it out. The only catch is that it only has two shades.

I've also heard good things about this one... Haley (forgot her last initial) recommended it to me, and it had great reviews. Again, only two shades, though.

Hmmm...all the bb creams in my collection are matte but I can make them dewy by infusing them with a cream based illuminator or using an illuminating powder. I live in Florida...the capital for hot humid weather so I favor a more dewy look over the dry matte look. The Asian bb creams don't come in darker shades so don't attempt to waste money ordering them. I've been there, done that and my wallet and patience was upset. Too Faced does have an awesome illuminating bb cream that would be perfect for skintone. I used it when it first came out but had to stop because it wasn't playing well with my daytime serum but the formula was light and it didnt feel heavy on my skin.

Dr.Jart is to light for dark skin and Asian BB creams are entirely to light, Too Faced doesn't even make a dark BB cream. Tarte can be ok IF it's you skin color, it's to light for me. I have the Diorskin BB cream and I love it.

Bosica also has a nice one, but I prefer the Dior one more. For tinted moisturizer there's NARS, which comes in plenty of shades, as of my recent color IQ (2Y12) I'm Seychelles in their line.

The only BB cream that I have found that I love is Marcelle. Its a Birchbox exclusive but I use the Golden Glow color and its absolutely stunning. Its absolutely the best I've tried.

@Erin...Too Faced does make a bb cream for deeper skin tones. It doesn't exceed past those with a nc50 skintone but it worked perfectly for my nc45 skin and the shade name is "beach glow".

Really? I've never seen it. All my stores normally only carry three shades, so I guess that would so it. Now I wanna try it. But that shade is about to get discontinued I think as it's on their sale page. There's a 'nude glow' though which I may give a try during Chic Week.

It Cosmetics cc cream has deeper shades and a good spf but it is thicker than a regular tinted moisturizer it does offer more coverage ,you can also try IMAN bb cream she is sold online and I believe some Walgreens she makes all the shades

@Erin...awwwweee...I just peeped out the TF page. Yeah...once they go on sale that means bye bye for good. Such a shame because it really gives a nice dewy glow without the glitter bomb look. :(

Smashbox's BB cream was the first I tried and was very, very mattifying. I believe it was supposed to be oil control. Left my skin looking flat and ashy...and I'm pale! So skip that one! Every day I wear IT's CC cream, I fall in love with it a little more. Traci and a few others recommended it and they were right!! (as usual lol)
