HELP! loose pigment exploded in my makeup bag.

70% rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle will get it off of your makeup, both the packaging and the insides. Just spray it and then wipe down with a tissue. As for your makeup bag, see if it's washable and then just throw it in the washing machine. And next time, keep your loose pigment in an individual plastic bag so it won't explode on anything else.
