Just to add, it's limited edition so get it quick. It's $40 and you can way more shades. The Naked Basics is like $29 and you only get like 5 shades.

Urban Decay has a small palette called "Basics". It contains only 5 eyeshadows, but they are all matte. Even tho the color range isn't so big since it are only 5 colors, it can work for you. If I remember well, it contains 2 light colors and 3 slightly darker. Good luck on your search! :-)

IT Cosmetics has also come out with a matte neutral pallette. I'm trying to decide between that one and the PC.
