With a big round brush, blow dry them to the side you want.

How do you get them to stay?

You have to train your bangs to go the way you want basically. you could put a bobby pin in your bangs and they will eventually stay that way. that or you could use hair spray

Your probably going to need the right haircut and a ton of hairspray to get them to defy gravity like that.
