Wet and wild I think has some for the cheapest I personally like the urban decay eye liners but wet and wild I believe you can find at most drugstores like rite aid

MAC Chromaline. I have the Black, White, Blue, Orange, and Purple. They're like the Fluidline but last longer and they're more pigmented and well double the size :)
