I have combination skin and when I wear foundation some spots are flaky and others are really oily. How can I fix this?

First exfoliate with baking soda and coconut oil. Toner on your trouble areas. Don't forget primer it helps balance everything out. Makeup forever HD foundation works well for me. But an alternative is revlon color stay liquid foundation for combo skin. Works very nicely. Good luck.
