I've dyed my hair over and over this year to the point of damage, so I'm cutting my hair Miley Cyrus style again and letting my natural dark brown (almost black) hair grow back for a month or two. I then wanted to bleach my whole head and I wanted to know what kind of advice I could get for minimum damage for my hair. My hair is frizzy, wavy, thick and with lots of volume.

Hm...try to only use 30 vol, or use 20 vol if you can find it and let it sit. it's really hard to not damage with bleach. maybe go halfway with bleach, then use a blonde dye, which is slightly less irritating?
