Did you ever St.Ives naturally clear Apricot scrub blemish and blackhead clearing before?
If so how did it work out for you?
It says it supposed to gently clean pores and help stop breakout before they occur!
But the first time I used it my zits turned super big and red! Second time I used it 3 brand new zits appeared the next day!

I disagree. Personally, I think its amazing. I use it and its works grEat! One of my two favorite washes. Along with the neutrogena pink grapefruit exfoliating scrub! The two go hand in hand

People either love it or hate it. The issue here, as Jacqlyn pointed out, is whether or not you are unintentionally damaging your skin with its use. Grinding shards into delicate flesh is going to not only irritate acne, but aggravate it. You should save it for keeping hands and feet soft.

I used it gently with water as a teen and never broke out, but was it a wise choice? I think not. A little knowledge goes a long way. St. Ives makes some great products; this isn't one of them.

Laura, have you tried charcoal based cleansers? You may want to look into CeraVe or Cetaphil as well. I'd use a gentle exfoliant... and no more than once a week..like Philosophy's Micro delivery wash.
