Help for dry , frizzy, curly hair?

Hi! I'm in desperate need of some help with my hair! I cut it a few months ago , and since it's shorter now it's become completely unmanageable! It's super curly , dry , frizzy and poofy. And I just don't know what to do with it! Any help or product recommendations would be awesome (: I really don't want to straighten or use and harsh chemicals in my hair , I don't want it to get any worse!

If you pat your hair dry not like fully dry but the lengths it really helps get rid of the frizz and if you blow dry it afters your done blow dry cool air on it that also makes it less frizzy.
