Hey guys!
so I got my clarisonic about 5 months ago and have been using it since... 1-2 times a day, 4 days a week... but I see absolutely no change in my skin.. I heard so many good reviews about this product saying that it brightens the skin, fades acne scars and has an overall good effect to the skin.. and I havent experienced none of that! I'm really dissapointed since I paid a lot for this product having high hopes for it :/ Am I doing somthing wrong?

@Jacqlyn I used the cleanser that came with it and then I started using a neutrogena face wash

I had been using the Clarisonic brush since 3 years, even the sensitive brush head was too harsh for my sensitive, acne prone skin, it made my neck area so red too, so I used it only for the body and it was great for body use. I recommend you change the speed levels, try a different cleanser and post moisturiser too, it takes a while for the skin to accustom itself to the different cleansing method. I realized it dried out some parts of my skin and made acne worse especially around the forehead, also made my t zone oilier, post 1.5 month of the sensitive brush usage, my derm asked me to stop using it since it was increasing my facial redness too. I used a cleanser by Philosophy with my Clarisonic.

Try a different cleanser because I hate the Clarisonic ones, so I use Murad. Make sure you are using the right brush, it took me a while before I found the best for my skin. Use it everyday! I don't know why you wouldn't... I have sensitive skin (I use the delicate brush, the sensitive was too rough) and I use it once a day at nighttime. Even if you didn't wear makeup that day, still use it because you still have dirt and bacteria in your pores. Thats probably why you aren't seeing good results. Also remove your makeup before using the because you want it to really clean your skin, and not just using it to get off your makeup. This is my routine-
1) Remove makeup
2) Rinse face off (warm water) with CeraVe Cleanser to help remove makeup remover residue and to help open up pores
3) Murad cleanser w/ Clarisonic
4) Tone w/ Murad Toner
5) Moisturize with CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion.
When using your Clarisonic, do not press deeply into the skin, just gently lay on the face and move in slow circular motions...
