How to fade acne marks??

Can you lovely ladies please tell me how to noticeably fade acne marks? Could you also tell me what worked best for you? I know a lot of you might say they'll fade in a few weeks or months but I've had a lot of these marks/scars for years now. I just really REALLY want clear looking skin, so please help me :) Thanks in advance, btw here is a little photo of some of the marks.
