I need help with hair!!

I want to dye the ends of my hair (atomic turquoise), but I DO NOT want to bleach my hair.. my hair is dark brown.. do you have any tips on how to do so without using bleach? any tips or suggestions are much appreciated!! :)

You can't do it without bleach. You CAN, but it won't be bright blue, itll be muted.

You can just put the dye in it and get a blue sheen, but unless you lighten your hair with either bleach or peroxide, the color won't show up as atomic turquoise.

What about if I dye my hair blonde? would that possibly work?

Only of your hair isnt dyed dark brown. If its natural brown then it will probably work. If your hair is dyed dark, the blonde dye won't do anything. Thats my experience with it.
