So last week I ordered a duffle bag from PINK and it was supposed to be maroon and have in large white letter on the side that says PINK today I just got my order and they sent me this. My receipt online and the order confirmation email both say Maroon but the receipt that the put in my order says the pink color. I know its not the wrong order because I order a few other things with it and they were in there. Has any had this happen to them before? Have you guys even seen the bag that they sent me because its not online and I haven't seen it in store at all. Oh well atleast its a color I like.

You should email them a complaint.. that shouldn't happen! and they'll earn from their mistakes (:

@Oriana yeah I wad thinking about doing that but I bought it for a trip next week and I don't know if it would be here on time or not. I've never had a problem with PINK or Victoria's Secret in general so I'm not mad just confused because I thought I was getting the maroon one like both of my order receipts say but I get a pink one that says pink on that order sheet.

Email them, if you show your order and send that back they should send you the right bag.

Have any of you guys even seen this bag on PINK or instore if you have shopped there recently? Because I've been in the store atlest 4 times in the last 1month and a half and have not seen this bag nor do they show it online. Thank you all though I think a complaint is in order about this. :)

I've had that happen with vs and forever 21 as well. It's like they run out of what you want and assume you'll take the other lol. Send it back

@Nala Yeah I think thats what I'm going to do tomorrow do think they will exchange it in store if I bring everything thing in instead of having to ship it back out to them.

I really liked their bags last year the pink and white striped one. I wanted one but by the time I got my crap together to get one they were out of stock 😞return it. They are usually pretty good in store dealing with online orders ☺️ I've had to return a few bras that were the right size but totally wrong fit.

Lol @Taylor F21 always does that to me! I swear every friggin order I place I get sent some random crap and then like half the stuff I ordered isn't there. And they make you file a claim it's a whole process for their mistakes. But yeah definitely complain to VS! Take the one they sent you on your trip and when you get home you'll have the new maroon one waiting for you hahaha. :)

You just return with your order/receipt to any store and get the right one.

Old Navy just did this to me! I always wear a ribbed tank under whatever I'm wearing and they were having a sale, anywho I ordered a bunch one was supposed to be all gray and one that coral color (which would have matched my keds perfectly). Those punks sent me a gray with neon green piping and a neon orange tank. Um, nope. Not what I ordered.
