Start with primer, then using a damp shader brush pack the lighter pink color on the lid. Dust the rose-brown color into the outer corner and just slightly into the crease. Blend out the crease with a color close to your skin tone using a domed fluffy brush. Highlight with a pink-toned off-white under the brow and in the inner corner. Apply your falsies, draw your wing with black gel or liquid liner and voila!

Thanks so much Emily that really helps! I think I read they used a cream shadow for the base do you think it will make a difference if I don't use a cream base and just start with primer instead? And thanks Aru Hun I will definitely try to recreate this tomorrow n post!

It won't make a difference if you use a cream or a powder. Especially using a damp brush as Emily suggested, you will get the color payoff. I put the teeny tiniest squirt of m.a.c fix+ onto my shadow and then apply my shadow wet like that and the color payoff is great!

Exactly what Bree said. You can also use contact solution or plain water if you don't have Fix+.
I usually use NYX Jumbo Pencils under my eye shadows to make them stand out, but it isn't necessary. Works well for neon colors. :)
