Eyeliner Keeps Smudging

I seriously need a new eyeliner I have this mac liquid eyeliner and loreal ge. every time I put them on my eyeliner starts to go to the bottom if my eyes even though I put eye primer on it. does anyone know a good eyeliner that won't smudge at all. name your favorite eyeliners so I can try them out.

You can try setting it with black eyeshadow like just going over the line with it

Sephora's black liquid eyeliner is really good, or their nano eyeliner pencil in "midnight black" - those are my faves! After applying, spritz your face with urban decay's "face setting spray" (it's a white and purple bottle). Hope that helps :)
