You can google 'stipple brush' or 'stippling brush' there you can read more about this type of brush :) It can be used for both wet and dry products - the white brushes helps to make a beautiful flawless look :)

Well its a stipple brush so I'd say it's more for blending and smoothing out lines rather than applying foundation... But try it out and see if it works for ya

@Lisa I'm thinking the same thing. ELF has a stipple brush set that I'm about to purchase. I'm going to try this brush for a test run. I have used it to do powder foundation. I'll post pics later.

That particular brush does not look dense enough. I'm thinking you would get the effect of a wet mop with liquid foundation.
I think what Sabrina is referring to looks very similar but is denser and doesn't flare quite so much?
