Help With Bacne

Ok. So I know that this is kinda gross, but I have pretty bad Bacne (back acne) I don't want ti wear my bathing suit or anything because of it. Anyone have good advice or tips to get rid of it?

Dermatologist can give you a cream or antibiotics for that I haa be pretty back bad back acne too :/

I have to deal with this as well. My dermatologist prescribed an antibiotic which helps a little, but as far as products go I recommend the Neutrogena body scrub (the pink one) and their body clear spray (it stinks but it goes away in a few seconds) also some sun seems to help mine but be careful to not get sunburned :)

Don't lay out in the sun - it can make it worse.
