If you've got a similar nail polish color to just paint over the unfilled part of your nail? that's the only thing I can think of. when I'd get regular acrylics, I'd just paint clear polish over it. it could be difficult finding the same color as your nails if you get a color like you have here.

Repaint them or add nail art like an accent nail design on the ring finger. Or file them into a different shape
