Okay! So I've been stressing out about makeup brushes, mostly eyeshadow ones because I really needed some. And I just came across a few stashed away in the bathroom. What's the best way to clean them without the actual brush cleaner sprays. I know baby shampoo is one but I really don't want to open it at the moment.

I think that it is okay to wash your brushes with normal shampoo, as long as it is very natural (aveda, etc...)

Other ways if they are like real hair use a soft for hands dish soap and some olive oil if they are sintetic only use the dish soap

I used dawn antibacterial and olive oil. The dawn to get rid of all the dirt and skin oil, and then olive oil to keep the bristles from drying out. I then dry them upside down to keep the glue from getting wet and preventing the bristles from falling out.
