I was hot on the Lorac Pro Palette. But now I want to customize my own 15-count palette with some of MACs cult favorites...which is like $50 more LOL. What would you recommend? You know when you just FEEL like doing something and the other option loses it's appeal? That's like this haha.

Which one would you get the most use of?

It seems like it would be even-steven because would be both are/would be neutrals with some color.

I like lorac shadow more than mac reg shadows. lorac has this super smooth super pigmented texture that I just love but its really just about what you want. you have to b happy with your purchase.

Hmm. That's tough. I don't own the Lorac palette but I've been sweating it for some time. You're definitely getting more bang for your buck with that one but it doesn't sound like that's what this is about. In which case, if you aren't absolutely loving the Lorac colors and ARE loving your M.A.C options more, then you should definitely do the M.A.C. I really love M.A.C shadows, I've never been disappointed. What mac colors are you thinking of? For comparison's sake.

Hmm, then I'm not sure. I have heard awesome things about Lorac.

Well I own the Pro Palette & I absolutely love it. I don't own many MAC shadows but like Naomi said, the Pro Palette's eyeshadows are very soft and very pigmented.

Hmmm... MAC colors I'm think: hoodwinked, soft brown, all that glitters, coppering, omega, shroom, naked lunch, satin taupe...,I've been watching YouTubes video on everyone's favorite shadows. I'd go for a neutral-type palette.

Here's my.02 have you considered doing the Lorac palette and the Naked 1 palette? I think that would cover all your bases.

But I love those mac colors!

Bree that's no help! Haha :) I have the Naked 3 so I need a neutral palette and decided Lorac Pro over the Naked 1...(unless you think otherwise) and then MAC over Lorac... I guess I can always get the Lorac palette and then it gradually build up my MAC palettes...

Nah, do the mac! That's what you WANT! I think anything else and you're going to be always regretting or wondering what if you had just gotten that mac palette. It's just that you are choosing a lot of shimmery shades so I was trying to help balance it out, thinking you could cover the shimmery neutrals with Naked 1. Of course you could do that, buy a z palette for like 20$ and then just buy the mac discs and build a palette that way? I'm no help!! Can you go to the mall and swatch everything? I think that's what I would do, see if I had an epiphany then. Ha ha.
