Why does my face eat my makeup?😩

I've never been of a lot of makeup but when I put why does it seem like I don't have nothing on my face😩 I can't put eyeliner because it will wash off. Eye shadow as well. How can I get that extravagant gloomy flawless look??

Try putting a primer underneath your foundation helps your foundation last longer and gives it a more flawless finish😊

You look great without makeup! so lucky! Try a primer like too faced primed and poreless. you might also want to think about a setting spray to lock everything in place like urban decay De slick setting spray.

Hourglass primer, Too Faced Shadow Insurance or UD should help. I try to use products intended for long wear..like Stila eye liner..and then set my liner lightly with a shadow. NYX has a nice setting spray as does UD. Jacqueline just suggested a spray for true "setting" that helps make up fuse better with your face, but I'm unable to recall it at this time. You look lovely in any regard. :)
