What is this and how to get rid of it??

For almost four years now I've had these bumps all over my forhead. I mean, I'm sure it's a form of acne but I've never seen anyone else with it. It's little tiny bumps that don't have any heads or anything, almost like little heat bumps that literally cover my forhead/temples. How do I get rid of them? What is it? Sorry for the bad picture.

Its acne for sure but I suggest buying "xout"

Xout works? I've heard some bad reviews on it about it making some peoples skin worse so I've always been a little scared to try it 😣

Kinda looks like keratosis pilaris. I know exfoliating and moisturizing helps but you should see a dermatologist if you're really worried about it.
