Well, it's a tutorial so just follow the steps! It looks like you should start by doing a winged liner with a kohl pencil and smudge it out a bit. Then take a silver shadow and put it in the lid. Blend a gunmetal/blach color in the crease next. Blend, blend, blend! Now line the lower lashline and drag some of the silver with it. Line your tightline and waterline and now add mascara or false lashes. Add highlight to your inner corner and browbone too. Voila, your done!
