I don't care.

I've never been happy in my skin. But since starting to get healthy I've gained so much confidence. I don't say lose weight because I've barely lost any. I weighed 184 in the before and the current picture I weigh like 180.

If you don't like what you see, change your mindset and your body will follow. I learned to love myself and I told myself being unhealthy wasn't making me happy so do something about it.

Thanks! I just want to be fit! I want to be able to run 3 miles in a reasonable time, do 50 push-ups, do 1 pull up, lol

The number on the scale, the size of my clothes and what's in the mirror isn't important to me. I just want to be healthy.

Lol I can do about 10 real push ups (none of that on your knees junk) my goal weight was 127-130 but I honestly could care less with the number. I'm just hoping to reach a 26" waist. Lol (right now it's 31") but maintain or increase my 43" hips lol.

Lookin good! Don't consult the scale, take account of your health and healthy habits :)

Congratulations, Nala! Self love is a wonderful thing...and it is a tough journey for many. I focus on my health more than a size or scale. You are fantastic. :)

You go girl! People always assume that skinny=healthy and that's not the case at all. I'm 5"5 and about 115 pounds but I can count the number of times that I've truly worked out on one hand. I'm extremely unhealthy. There are people that society would consider "fat" that are much healthier than those who are "skinny."
It's all about how you take care of your body and applaud you for taking the step to do so. Maybe I'll be next!

You do look like youve lost some fat and gained some muscle, which is probably why the number on the scale hasnt changed too much :)
