So the first two are pics of my hair before, it looks worse than usual there because it was up all day, but you get the point! the two on the bottom are after the treatment(: it's really helped my hair so I can wear it natural without it looking terrible. First I put two tablespoons of the oil in a bowl & heated it until it was hot. I put it all on my ends & a bit on the shaft, I avoided my scalp because although I have dry hair, my scalp is oily. Anyways, I put it in a bun then a shower cap over it (use a plastic bag to improvise if a cap isn't available) & left it on for two hours. I washed it out with a normal shampoo, clarifying, then normal again with conditioner on ends. Then, I sprayed "it's a 10" on it & used "bed head: split ends eraser", then I let it air dry & wa la! it's soft & very beautiful :) TRY IT!!

You should not heat the oil, but instead place the desired amount in a small container and place it to float on top of bowl of hot water to soften it. Heating Coconut oil removes many of its natural, beneficial properties..essentially breaking it down to food grade. Cold pressed, Extra Virgin is the very best.

So glad it worked. Your hair looks wonderful. :)
