So I had a tragic hair accident, that caused me to have to cut a large portion out of my bangs. I would like to help them grow a little quicker, so what's a good hair growth supplement? I'm only allowed to take one supplement, and it can't be too pricy. I'm open to virtually anything. Any help is greatly appreciated. :)

It's not a supplement but Renee furterer (I don't know if that's right) has products to help people with thinning hair

Be very careful with hair growth supplements. Many (if not all) contain high amounts of biotin, and anyone on here will tell you to stay clear of biotin. You should only take it if you have an actual biotin deficiency or else you will get horrible side effects. I suggest just keeping your hair healthy and drinking plenty of water. Hair grows based on our genetics, so hair supplements don't do anything.

Well I take a supplement that contains biotin and have never had an issue. Just make sure you drink enough water but that goes for any medicine and or supplement you take

Talk to a doctor BEFORE taking any kind of supplement or vitamin! A lot of supplements can interact with prescriptions, can cause overdoses with bad side effects, and can be downright DANGEROUS if you don't need it. If you already have a balanced diet with no deficiencies, taking supplements I'd just an unnecessary risk and waste of money.

Taking biotin without a deficiency won't do a damn thing (best case scenario) or can make you very sick (worst case scenario).
