Also to just overall cover it, use a primer or a green tinted concealer on your trouble areas. ( green contrasts red.) :)

For a quick fix that isn't permanent try the Smashbox Color Correcting Primer under makeup. It's green and contrasts the red and cancels it. It Cosmetics also has a product called Bye Bye Redness which is like a concealer just for red spots and it's very pigmented and covers it all. Hope this helped!

My dermatologist recommended the Eucerin redness relief line. It works well and is fairly cheap.
