It's kind of a mix between shimmer & matte, but it's mostly shimmer.
I like the palette, mainly because I like rosy colours & I think they make my eye colour stand out. I just wish it was a little more versatile. I honestly got a little bored with it after a month or so. but the shadows themselves are really nice & well pigmented.

It's definitely my favorite out of the Naked palettes! They aren't the best eye shadows I've used but they are better than most. There are a few mattes and mostly shimmer. I love how pretty and rosey all the shades are!

Most of the shadows are shimmery except for like 2 yhe colors are beautiful and have great pigmentation the only color that gives a hard tine is the color dust to much fall out, if you would like pictures and swatches I will be more then happy to post.
