I don't know a good waterproof mascara :( but I do know that If your curls don't hold well you should try and using an eyelash curler before you apply mascara

If I'm really looking for waterproof curls, I use three products. First, I use a lash primer; mine is by Lancôme, but you can use whatever you prefer. Second, I use a nicely lengthening mascara, for this I like to use Maybelline Lash Stiletto Waterproof, because it has a skinny wand that won't clump your lashes, and it's easier to lengthen before you volumize. After that, I apply a volumizing formula, for this I like the L'oreal Voluminous Million Lashes Waterproof. It doesn't clump, but it does volumize and make your lashes appear even thicker. It seems like a lot of products, but it truly gives you out-of-this-world lashes that will last through everything. Seriously. My ex boyfriend dumped me while I was wearing this combination and as much as I cried, nothing at all smudged, clumped, or moved.

Oh, and make sure that you're heating your lash curler a bit before you apply any product! It'll help the curl stay longer.

The rocket by maybelline. It works great for me. I do 1 coat of the rocket to hold the curl then add some of any other non waterproof mascara.
