Coastal Scents has very nice brushes for the price. Sonia Kashuk is another good brand as well. I concur with the beauties above.

You can get real techniques at ulta & Sonia kashuk at target. I also really like Eco tools at ulta, Walmart, & target. :)

I don't recommend the elf brushes. When compared to any other brushes really, they just don't hold up. They are quite scratchy and rough on the skin actually
