You can also try extensions they not only make your hair longer they make your hair look thicker too it's just an expensive option.

Getting layers can make your hair appear thicker but there's really nothing you can do its all based on genetics like what jacqlyn said
But you can make it looks thicker with creams and teasing and gettin layers

Do not use mane n tail shampoo. it's a horrible product & has no benefits for your hair. it isn't ph balanced for your hair or scalp. it's for horses not humans lol. & it dries your hair out leaving it brittle. I agree with Jacqlyn, Anna, & Hollie.

Layers and product. Your actual hair strands can't get thicker, like Jacqlyn said, but products like coconut oil can keep your hair healthy and strong. :)
