Definitely the Tarte EmphasEYES Waterproof Clay Shadow Liner. I used that one on a day my allergies were acting up and I was having a bad case of watery eyes and this liner did not budge. Love it!

I have the UD 24/7 pencils. I mean they are ok for waterline but they'll come off by lunch. I put it right underneath it where the water line and skin meet and I stayed on ALL DAY! I love them!

Nyx. Slide on glide on stay I and definitely a turn on water proof extreme shine eyeliner ( taken from the pencil lol) NYX waterproof. They say its a great dupe to UD 24/7. Mine lasts all day
