I think it really suites you:) long hair embraces your face shape I think:) if you wanted to change it, I would dye it a few shade lighter for summer:)

If you want to cut it though layer would work but I would keep it the length it is. Also you could dye your hair a burgundy :) I wouldn't go too light with hair color since it looks like darker colors look best on you ^_^

I think a shoulder length bob would look nice and bring out your face shape more.
