What's the most waterproof smudge proof long wearing eyeliner you ever used? I've been searching for one. I have oily hooded lids and I need this eyeliner for a wedding. Suggestions are very well appreciated.

Stila Stay All Day Waterproof and much to my delight, Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips Gel Liner. It comes in 3 glass nestling pots to enhance your eye color. Not waterproof, but extremely water resistant for me. Love!
