I would have loved it with some eyeliner, and maybe just a tad (really really lighthanded) of blush, just to bring some color to the face and some emphasis on your cheekbones. Also, maybe a little heavier mascara. Sorry to hear about the destruction of your eyeliner btw, I always mourn makeup that gets ruined haha
