How to get rid of eye bags.

I'm 13 and I have eye bags under my eyes and its noticable...is there a way I can get rid of them without using any time of lotion? Thanks!

Get more sleep or I've heard of people putting something cold under their eyes for a while. Other options could be under eye concealer. But under eye bags really aren't even a bad thing, most people have them!

Cold spoons work really great.
put some in the freezer for about 4-10mins. then before you start your makeup, take them out & press then again at the skin under your eyes. works awesome!
I think cucumbers help with bags too, but I'm not 100% sure.

Slices of cold raw potato placed under the eyes for 10-15 minutes can help reduce under eye bags. The caffeine in cold steeped green out black tea bags placed under the eyes can also work wonders to depuff the under eye area.
