So I am currently going through an awk moment. I went to get a pedicure and I always miss the hair around my ankle. So there are a few long strands on my leg and I'm pretty sure the are making fun of it! So hopefully this will make me feel better what are some of your beauty awkward moments? 😪

I went to get my bikini waxing and it was so painful that I left it halfway. so I had one side which was waxed and the other hairy :-(  :'(

When I was first starting out with makeup, my little brother was all like "ugh! Why are you wearing that! You look like you got in a fist fight!" Which, was, obviously an over exaggeration-I was wearing very light purple eyeshadow (I even checked with my mom to make sure it wasn't too much). Then, to make it worse, by asshole of a friend (ex friend now) said "I know it looks terrible, but she's a beginner." Sigh.

A couple of days ago I tried the L'Oreal Sublime Bronze towelettes on my face. I didn't notice a difference. Then, when I was working (I teach English to kids in Italy), it started to develop. I got home, and my face was so dark and orange!! So embarrassing! I had another girl to teach so I washed my face and it lightened a little. After two hours, I got back home and I was completely orange..AGAIN! (I can't imagine what that girl was thinking while she saw me gradually change color) So, I spent all night taking it off with scrubs, aha masks and all that jazz and ended up with a red face when I went out in the end!! Omg never again!

I've always been severely nearsighted and now I hit 45, I swear, I can't see anything close anymore. Like overnight. (I'm sure the cataracts don't help.)Which means, stray hairs cropping up everywhere and I'm clueless until friends go "Tina, your brows, girl!" It WILL happen to them eventually!

Last year I would wear the same sandals to work nearly everyday because the mulch and stones would tear up my good shoes and cheapie flip flops don't work, chasing kids. I had THE DEEPEST, DARKEST tan STRIPES on my feet whenever I wore something else! I tried to put sunscreen on the tan parts and then tan in the can on the white parts... to no avail. If I had tried to tan my body like that on purpose, it would never happen. The kids were ruthless with their teasing, but my payback was their having larger feet than me. WTH...only my feet inherited the Italian genes?

Once I had done one eye and poked it so bad with mascara that I started to cry and couldn't do the other eye. So I ended up going to school with only one eye done with eyeshadow, eyeliner, and makeup.
