Basically I only have ache in my t-zone it kills me any help for it?

What is your skin type and what kind of acne is it?

I had the same problem when I was like 13 my doctor actually told me that when you have acne only in the middle of your face like middle of forehead nose area and chin it means it is caused by bacteria in the bloodstream. He gave me an antibiotic and it cleared right up.
