Do You Let Your Face Primer And Eye Primer Dry?

....dry before you apply your foundation and your eye shadow ? Also do you apply more primer on too of your foundation for under eye concealer ? If so, do you wait for that to dry or work when it's wet ??

I do let my primers dry and sink into the skin. I don't like the silicone feeling pace primers, so I use the more lotion type ones like MUFE HD and Nars.

I let my eyeshadow primers dry. I use moisturizer to prep my face for foundation and let that dry too.

I let my moisturizer dry , then apply my primer , let it dry & then my foundation

I use my eye shadow on the primer when it's sort of sticky so the color is more saturated. But I let my face primer dry completely
